relative pronouns and Noun clause

I learned that we can't use "that" in relative sentence. For example, " This car, which I bought last year, was broken." is correct, but we can't say "This car, that I bought last year, was broken.
Also, when we use noun clause, we can't use noun in the sentence. We have to write uncomplete sentence.  After noun clause, we should put verb.

I searched about crooked forest in Poland. At the easts part of Poland, there are more than 400 pain trees. All of these trees' limbs are bending 90 degree, but top of the tree is straight up to the sky to take the sunshine. A great deal of people think that the reason why trees' limbs are bending 90 degree is they could have caught a heavy rain and snow. In my opinion, someone may have added a hand it.
